I have written this course book because I have personally experienced the inner healing through writing and creativity and I am a huge advocate of daily stream of consciousness writing and writing down about our feelings.
When I allowed myself to write this book, it just felt so right and I could finally put in one place all the ideas that I carried in my heart for years and all the inspirations from my beloved books.
I have always been a book worm 🙂 The writers inspire me to be a better person every day. Sometimes if feels that they are your best friend, supporting, never judging, allowing you to be your natural self.
I feel ecstatic to wake up to write. I write in the early mornings when everyone is still asleep or in the evenings. When I come back to writing, I immediately switch to the state of deep pleasure, excitement and fulfilment. It’s a gorgeous and transformational feeling! So recommended!
Clarity comes back with every word we write, intuition comes back to us.
I want to share with you the tools and techniques I learned for daily writing and letting go in order to self-heal and regain inner strength.
